As part of Greenfire's Phase II City Center revitalization, we've committed to spending $284 million over the next seven years. Our goal is to redevelop and create 1 million square feet of space in the City Center, with 430 residences and 240,000 square feet of Class A office space. We imagine the office space as the premier or headquarters location of an innovative company, bringing a range of employment to the City Center. At the same time, we'll develop a 150 room hotel and 70,000 square feet of retail on the ground floor of our office and residential buildings—activating the streetscapes. To support these new businesses and residents, we will build 1,700 parking spaces disbursed throughout the City Center. At completion, the City Center will be a walkable, lively neighborhood, accessible for residents, workers, and visitors.
