We build community
Greenfire Development works to make downtown Durham a vibrant place everyone can enjoy by creating buildings the city can take pride in for generations. We build green, knowing that this makes us a better member of our local community and a better corporate citizen of the world. We also give back to the community by passionately supporting community organizations for youths and we promote the arts in downtown.
