The farmer and chef partners of the upscale Zely & Ritz restaurant in Raleigh are joining forces to launch a new restaurant concept in Durham that will combine the wares of Coon Rock Farm in Hillsborough with the recipes and vision of Southern food enthusiast Jamie DeMent.
